Payment and check-out
Nathan + Jac accepts payment by Credit Card, AfterPay and zipMoney using the secure services of Shopify Payments. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST.

After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout where you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, register your details or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing a confirmation of your order.

Pre-order products
Any in-stock products purchased in the same order with pre-order products will be shipped together when all products become available. If you would like in-stock items to ship beforehand you will need to place two orders.

No warranty
While Nathan + Jac strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors or inaccuracies that may not be current at the time of viewing.

Nathan + Jac does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the Nathan + Jac website.

Many of the items available at Nathan + Jac are handmade and may have slight variations which are an unavoidable consequence of their handmade nature. If you have any queries in relation to a specific item listed for sale which may have these variations, please contact us for further information at info@nathanjac.com.au or by phone at 1300 662 992.

Products
Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Nathan + Jac has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Nathan + Jac reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that it offers. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this website is void where it is prohibited by law.

Please note if you purchase the same cushion over separate orders, the dye lot of the fabric may change and the cushions may not be an exact match. 

Limitation of liability
Neither Nathan + Jac, nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.
Nathan + Jac reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.

Australian Consumer Law
These terms are subject to the provisions contained in the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)(“Act”) and do not intend to in any way limit, exclude or derogate from any rights you may have under the Act.

Copyright and Social Media Statement

All content and images on this website and all Nathan + Jac social media outlets are protected by copyright law with the exception of images on social media that are “shared” whilst crediting others works. Copyright resides with Nathan + Jac

a.) Nathan + Jac grants the viewer permission to share their images on social media for the sole purpose of promoting the Nathan + Jac brand. Any images or content used for this purpose must be expressly credited to Nathan + Jac:

Nathan + Jac DO NOT give permission for their images to be reproduced in any other format without express written permission.  Nathan + Jac DO NOT give permission for the use of any of their images or content, for the commercial gain or promotion of another business or person without express written permission by Nathan + Jac.
